dev, a friend of mine just registered for the third time. He says the last two times he never received a confirmation e-mail. His username is psymin.

Psymin manually validated, as for the dev inbox, I only log in to that profile once in a blue moon, hence me not worrying about it, just PM admin if required, still, thanks for the heads up.
