Between the Wright fiasco & his rejection of a Summer suspension of the gas tax, I feel he's lost it already (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_sad.gif)

Hillary will win the nomination>>>McCain will get the Oval office>>>we get screwed again.

(This is all IF Bush doesn't declare martial law & make himself Prez For Life as someone predicted- was it Moby...?)

LOL I think I posted something about that, a while back. Some Senator or pundit was predicting it would happen within three months (at the time).

Why would we need an 18 cent reduction in gas prices when come Oct/Nov, they will drop by about 60 cents or so?

Because we don't, as a nation, think long-term, Num.

Not quite - Bush will invade Iran and then declare that we have to 'stay the course' and can't change Presidents in the middle of a war, no sirree...

And the whole gas tax thing is a pile of pandering. It won't help and it will very likely hurt. Good on Obama for saying so.

Contrary to what the media would have you believe, the election isn't until November. Lots of things can happen between now and then.

Of course. Little known fact: Clinton and Obama can combine with other Democrats to form one MegaDem that can crush McCain and win the presidency.

Though, there's some confusion on exactly which part of the MegaDem actually gets to be president.

I predict they will only nominate one candidate, which is the same thing for all practical purposes.

The system works!

This election season started predictably early, and now the primaries have become pointless ridiculously early. And now people want to declare Obama out of it because there's nothing else in the news.

I say let them finish the primaries and hold their conventions.
