Okay, since this is getting referred to in multiple threads at this point, I figured I'd take a leap and start a thread all its own.
Here are shirts that are in an isolated account at CafePress. Money raised by them (not 100% as I will have a tax liability on this money as income and that kind of fun stuff to consider) will go to the Browncoats Charity next summer at Comic Con. (When I initially started on this it was in case B3 needed funds.) The shirts include the OFFICIAL logo for the con-that-isn't... the Browncoats' Backup Bash... and lyrics provided by Cedric of the Bedlam Bards to commemorate the roller coaster ride we've spent the last week (give or take) on. PLEASE spread the links, and PLEASE make sure and include the ?pid=3462922 at the end, as that affiliate account will also be collecting money for the charity. (Any cafepress store that is involved in the affiliate program will generate money into that account... so you could buy Earthgirls' uber cool rather be at b3 shirt, with this affiliate code on the end and voila, a little extra money from cafepress to charity) Okay, I've got several designs up, and these pics are clickable links. And now for shirts featuring the lyrics by Cedric of the Bedlam Bards (including a second verse!): ![]() and Burbank or Bust on the back of items with a printable back. Shirts are also available with the lyrics on the front, and "I attended the convention that wasn't, or was it?" on the back at: http://www.cafepress.com/flan_was_wasnt?pid=3462922 And for those who ONLY want the lyrics: http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_BedlamBard?pid=3462922 I'm happy to customize and make slight changes for folks, different font or color text, that kind of thing... The store links are: http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_1?pid=3462922 <== Burbank or Bust http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_2?pid=3462922 <== Burbank and Serenity Valley sounding alike http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_3?pid=3462922 <== Flantastic Weekend, smaller print http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_4?pid=3462922 <== Just wanna have a flantastic weekend... http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_5?pid=3462922 <== Cedric Lyrics Front, Burbank or Bust Back http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_6?pid=3462922 <== Attended convention that wasn't http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_In_Joke_7?pid=3462922 <== We're Just Happy To Almost Do Good Works http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_Joke_B3?pid=3462922 <== Official B3 Logo (smallish) http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_Joke_B3Big?pid=3462922 <== OFFICIAL B3 Logo http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_BedlamBard?pid=3462922 <== Cedric Lyrics front, blank back http://www.CafePress.com/Flan_Was_Wasnt?pid=3462922 <== Cedric Lyrics front, Attended con back http://www.CafePress.com/Official_B3Bust?pid=3462922 <== B3 Logo front, Burbank or Bust Back I want to thank EVERYONE who has contributed their wit and creativity to these shirts, as only a small portion of it is mine. LexiGeek, Earthgirl, and Cedric of the Bedlam Bards def. deserve thanks for keeping us smiling! As said elsewhere you SHOULD be able to have an order shipped to the Burbank Hilton, if you are staying there, put in the addy "c/o Burbank Hilton (hold for guest arrival)" That is a service most American hotels offer. Be aware if you use a CA shipping address you will have to pay CA sales tax. There is free shipping on domestic orders of over $50, so people may want to go in together on shipping... and... lets see if I can't find a coupon code to help keep costs down. $5 Off $20+ Coupon Coupon Code: ATHENSPLANKS Expires: Dec 05, 2006 Can't wait to see everyone in Burbank... I'll be working the fandone booth with my CPA (CafePress Addicts) Sponsor Earthgirl, and our fellow browncoat fangirl from fandone! |

Yeah, I'm totally getting one of the B3 logo ones, at some point, when I'm not tapped from spending $$ on Flan itself, heh.

IMPORTANT!!!
Kathy is having trouble getting on the board, so if you ARE DEFINITELY GETTING A SHIRT (or any other flan related item) FROM HER email her personally at KathyBrowncoat@ReadMyChest.com and place your order BY 5 PM TONIGHT TO GET IT IN TIME FOR FLAN she would like to let you all know that because it's being shipped and sold in Calif she has to add the state sales tax, but will divide the shipping evenly and fairly among all who order flan specific items be sure to email her KathyBrowncoat@ReadMyChest.com with your "I want it at Flan" orders by 5pm TONIGHT (Monday) |

Hey all, first 1000 thanks to earthgirl for posting for me earlier. Seems only 1 in 10 tries gets me to the board these days for some reason!
Anyway, just wanted to add that I will have NO SHIRTS at the fandone booth unless you have pre-ordered them. I will have pins, postcards, notecards and other shiny stuff to sell, but am not investing in an inventory of shirts... so if you want one you need to either place your own cafepress order... or let me know ASAP to include it in mine! kathy |

I was just talking to my friend, saying we need a few shirts that basically say.. "I was there" -EDIT- I was wondering if there was anyway to get the B3 logo with burbank or bust on the back in like a dark brown instead of black? |

It would be nice to give back a little, and if there is swag involved I say all the better.

Hi,
I wasn't at Flan/B3, but have friends that were. I'd love to help out somehow and this seems a good way to do that. Is there a t-shirt with the B3 logo on the front and the Bards lyrics on the back? I was looking but couldn't seem to see one. Thanks. |

Give us a few days and watch the flood of new B3 designs hit our shops. I have one up there now:
http://www.cafepress.com/fireflycargobay/2249232 and TWO GORRAM PAGES of ideas inspired by the event. Just give me time to figure out what time zone I'm in and adjust my orange writsband.... updates will follow. |

QUOTE(BDH-Mike @ Dec 12 2006, 10:47 PM) Shiny earthgirl! btw i some how wasnt able to meet you at the flan lol...well i was only there for one nite i was thinking that too when I heard you were there... I was in the lobby with everyone else when Nathan and Alan showed up and we closed the hotel bar, so it's not like I went anywhere.... now Saturday night I was on the last bus out to the club, so I was in the lobby until 8pm and then back at the hotel at 10pm-ish (too many people squished into the club for my taste) BDH-Mike... so close and yet so far, 'eh? |
