The BE_Victims Livejournal community (http://community.livejournal.com/be_victims/) has got a lot of information about what's going on. It's also a place where Vicki posts (probably Denise as well, since there's always a problem getting on the BE forum).
They have information on the following: Links to information on: * Denise Adams * Vicki Fisher * Booster Entertainment * Denise Adams Official Statement RE: Flan 2 * Booster Entertainment Terms of Service * BE's Business License & Contact Info * Oregon Dept. of Justice Complaint Form * FBI Online Fraud Complaint Form * Oregon Atty. General Complain Form * Better Business Bureau Complaint Form * CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs Complaint Form * Browncoats' List of Flan 2 Victims * BE Victims' List of Flan 2 & Nano Con Victims - Add your name * Flanvention Helpline * Booster Flan 2 Cancellation Screencap Also, one poster has provided information on the fraud investigation by the Oregon Police (cross posted from someone on the BE board: QUOTE Yesterday, I spent the better part of the day filling out fraud complaint forms via the internet and making phone calls. It'll be worth it if everyone receives their payments back for the cancellation. It's about the only avenue we have right now besides waiting. I also contacted the police department in Ashland, Oregon, where Booster has their address and business license through. I received a phone call back from the Detective Division assigned to the case. The officer said he had received another call besides mine regarding this matter. He asked me to fax all the receipts I had and any info pertaining to the case, so I did....13 pages worth. He suggested I also call my local police department to file a police report. I'll be doing that today, so he can have a contact here in my city of Thornton, CO. I also have the police officer's e-mail address. Contact me if you'd like that at admin at customseatcreations dot com. I strongly encourage everyone to contact their local police department to file a theft/fraud complaint. Gather any receipts you may have and provide copies to the police for their report. Here's the Detective handling the report I filed: Detective Bon Stewart Ashland Police Department Ashland, Oregon Phone: 541-482-5211 Fax:541-488-5351 |
